Wonderful Wednesday - Quick Mind Maps!
Mind maps, mind maps, mind maps, aren't they just the best!?!
If only you could easily create them in MURAL easily. Well ya can! didn't think I would leave you hanging, did you?
The ability to create sticky notes with connectors automatically attached to them is such a fantastic feature, I just had to bring it up. Simply enable "connector points" and then you are off to the races.
When I am creating mind maps I also like to throw in the "filter by type" feature to make changing my stickies and connector a breeze. Check out the video below for exactly how I accomplish this!

One of the things I love about mind maps are pictures. I recently read an article about mindmaps and the core ingredients are also color and picture, besides the nodes and the text. If you could enable this inside the Mural, that would be fantastic!

The mind map feature leaves a ton to be desired. Give mind maps a try on Miro, that's how they should work. The goal is to be able to quickly expand on your thinking and having to constantly move from keyboard to mouse to create nodes disrupts this flow. This is how it should work: (12) Miro Mind Mapping Tutorial - YouTube. Would love to get closer to any of the other mind mapping tools out there with Mural!

I couldn't agree more with austin. I need to be able to create a mind map by using only the keyboard and not having to worry about layout or positioning things.
