💡 Feature idea: Allow changes to the mural while votings are running

1. What you want to be able to do in MURAL

When a voting is running on a mural, I cannot make any changes to the mural even if I am the facilitator of the session.

2. The problem you are trying to solve

This means, that I cannot prepare something and make use of the voting "time". I would love to be able to make changes to the mural outside of the area a voting is running on.

3. Why this helps everyone (or many people)

Make facilitators a little more relaxed when they need to prepare something while everyone's looking somewhere else ;-) (= votings)
