How do you make emoticons active?

Hello

There are some 'check-in' emoticons in the Mural board. When I click on them, nothing happens. How do you activate them so a team can click on them and check-in?

    Could you let us know what mural template you used to create this mural?

    It's likely that these are icons and not clickable emoticons. But if you can send us the mural URL or the template that you used, we'll be glad to take a look to confirm.

    Hello Nikki,

    Thanks for responding, we are using the Retrospective template. We have those Reaction emoticons add, but they are not working. How can we make them active so we can run daily check-ins during our daily meetings? Is that link you provided for Reactions the instructions to set them up?
