💡 Feature Idea: Bulk move steps in the outline

I'm putting together many many steps in an outline that reveal examples. When I add a step to the outline it sends it to the bottom. If I create multiple, they must all be moved up in the order of the outline. This is tedious with multiple steps, especially if they have to be dragged one by one up the order of the outline.

It would be great if you could bulk select steps in the outline and drag them to a new position all together.

    Today I wished for a popup window to quickly edit the Outline and the elements' order in it. Sometimes this gets messed up and tidying up the Outline with lots of items in it is a annoying task to be performed via drag & drop only...
