Though not a newbie to MURAL, I am a newbie to the MURAL Community and I know a little extra nudge can go a long way for new community members like me.

For New Members: What are some things (templates/posts/inspiration) you'd like to see in community?

For those who have been in community (thank you!), what has been helpful for you that I can keep amplifying?

As a Community Manager, I look forward to learning from each of you and helping where you need it the most. I look forward to your perspective!

Hi @MeghanB I really love it when Community members share templates, so anything that can be done to encourage that is golden. Also, that is the most precious, adorable, wonderful GIF I think I've every seen. Thank you for that, it just brought a ray of sunlight to my day! 🤩

@Christina- thank you!! Give me all the emojis/GIFs. 🙌

Keeping that in mind- would templates based on category/industry help moreso than templates based on time to complete?

I've been thinking more about how we can create new ways to make templates easier to access/complete/create for users, and I'm wondering if "templates in 10 minutes" kind of work would be helpful.

@MeghanB The time box is kind of a flexible thing for me as it often depends on how many people are involved and whether they are doing things as groups or individuals, but yes, general shorter v. longer could be helpful. In general I have noticed LOTS of typos on otherwise good instructions - this is something I would definitely recommend having a third party review before templates are published. Sometimes we need someone else to go through what we have written with a fine-tooth comb, because we just don't see the errors due to the "right" version we already have in our heads.
