Dear Mural Engineering gods: As a Consultant (mural owner), I'd like the ability to Export an entire Mural to PDF and have the Areas in my Mural appear as separate pages in the PDF document output.

Currently, we can export an entire mural into a single page PDF document, or export individual areas within a mural one at a time however we can not export the whole mural and have a multipage PDF output.

Having multipage PDF output unlocks the ability to easily use murals as printable artifacts that my clients can share internally as well as use for their record keeping.

    +1 Absolutely agree!

Reminds me of a similar request I've posted here: https://community.mural.co/discussion/264/feature-idea-batch-export-all-multiple-areas-at-once-separately

Feel free to join the discussion over there. Have a nice day!

  • Oh, maybe I find a solution🤩! Using the PDF Merge tool to make PDFs which have individual areas within a mural one to a PDF! Then, use a PDF editor to change the layout of the PDF. Of course, the PDF generated in this way will be relatively large. If you find it inconvenient to transmit, you can use the PDF compression tool to compress its size to the appropriate size.

I don't know whether my method can help you. Here are my commonly used all-in-one PDF tool PDFgear. The 3 PDF tools I mentioned above can be found and used freely on this website without login. Maybe you can have a try😆!
