💡Feature Idea: Allow others to edit templates

Currently when you create a template, only the original board owner is able to edit it. It would be helpful if there were the ability to allow others to edit templates.

Hi Jay! I may be missing the use case, but are you wanting something different than the option to give editing controls to other users?

Hi, @MeghanB. I think what you shared is giving access to allow others to edit a MURAL board. I'm asking about edit permissions to others for published templates.

Would really like to see this feature. I've created virtual classrooms and some courses have multiple boards for which we use templates. Even though I have one course owner per course, I still need all in the trainer team to be able to edit the template, so that we can work efficiently. Thanks.

Yes, templates should be "teamplates" that a team of people is allowed to edit ;-)

@kateross1 Does it work for you as a workaround if you used "private rooms" or "open rooms" instead of templates?
