How integrate bilingual component with ease?

Hi community, we run a high amount of foresight workshop (design, create, think and facilitate) with a lot of text….. (that’s out of our control. Everything needs to be offered in both official languages. All prompts, guidelines, etc.. and sometimes it makes it very very heavy board.

Any creative idea how to prepare board that are fluid and fully bilingual?
