Standalone Murals Disappearing from Folder View

Is anyone else having the issue of standalone Murals disappearing from their parent folder view? Our group (all as room admins) are having this happen in one of our Mural rooms. The said disappearing Murals are visible when searching for them by name and they still indicate that they are located in the room, parent folder and sub-folder, but are not visible when directly opening its sub-folder. All group members have admin permission to all Murals in the room.

No they are not archived. We just noticed also that when we were in the room parent folder> sub-folder and Sort by A-Z or Z-A different samplings of Murals in the sub-folder are revealed and in either case still not all of them. All other Sort by selections reveal no Murals in the same sub-folder.

Hi @shopwood! I hope your day is going well! I tried reproducing this on my end by creating folders & subfolders in my room and I don't seem to be experiencing the issue with disappearing murals. Would it be possible for you to send us a video e showing the issue? This will help our team identify the issue. Thank you in advance! Also, just want to set your expectations properly, incase we are unable to reproduce or identify the issue based on the video you will be sending over, we might need to reach out to you via email so we can further troubleshoot. Would that be okay? We look forward to hearing from you! 😊

Hi, I've been working with Raymond on this lingering issue for months. Raymond has said the issue would be fixed with the recent Mural updates, but we have not seen any change or improvement in the mural disappearance issue. The issue began when Mural expanded the Sort By dropdown options for murals within folders or rooms. Depending on the sort by option selected it shows none, all or some of the murals in that folder versus all of the murals in the folder organized in a manner based on the selected sort by option. We sent an internal video of this issue sent to Raymond today, which I won't post here on a community wide board.
