MURAL Zoom Integration - Error message

Hi there,

I am owner of our MURAL as well as Zoom tenant with enterprise licences for both solutions. Authentification via Okta SSO.

I now tried to connct both services. First I approved MURAL from the Zoom App Marketplace for "All users". After this step I approved the connection to MURAL in Zoom "Apps".

But I got this error message:

How can I enable "this feature"?
