💡Feature IdeComments on a sticky - prevent comments indicator from covering up the sticky note text

When adding a comment to a sticky note, sometimes the "1" bubble covers up text on the sticky note. When I then move the bubble, it disconnects from the sticky note. Two things:

1. Make the comments indicator not overlap the sticky note text.
2. Don't allow the comments to get disconnected from the object they apply to, with no way to recover.

I think maybe this was resolved - I noticed recently the comments indicator is much smaller. Nice!
