I have found some murals have text rotated 90 degrees. How do you do that?

I want the ability to rotate text in a text box or title 90 degrees. I see some murals have text boxes like this but I can not figure how to do it.

    Essentially, you'll hover over the tiny square toggle in the top left corner of your text box til the arrow option surfaces, then tilt the content as needed.
