Converting a Member to Guest

To ensuree we remain within our licensing we sometimes have the need to change and external person (not from the university) from a member to a guest. It would be handy to be able to do this instead of deleting the member and re adding them as a guest thanks

    This would be a big help. There seems to be a bug that makes new users join as members even if they are from a different domain.
