Add border to text box
I want to be able to add a border to a text box the same way I can add a border to a sticky note or a rectangle shape.
I need this feature for visual consistency and to make text boxes show up better. I can't use a sticky note instead because sticky notes do not allow the same flexibility in text features as text boxes (i.e., bold text/underlining/different font color for only part of the text box content).
Others may need the same feature for their work, too.
It seems backwards anyway--a paper sticky note has no border around it. Therefore it would make more sense if the reverse were true, i.e., you could put a border around a text box but not a sticky note.
The border should also have a choice of thickness and color just like with a sticky note or rectangle shape.
