⚡️ ⚡️ Template release: Three Strategic Foresight templates to reimagine the future

Do you ever find yourself asking, “there’s got to be a better way to do X,” or after solving a problem you hear the pushback, “but this is the way it’s always been done”?
If so, then you’ll find these templates useful. 🔥
People are natural sense-makers. We filter information and form conclusions based on previously held beliefs. In doing so, we often miss the disruptors coming at us, or ignore the potential problems and solutions that would be worth exploring. Peter Ho coined the term “black elephant” to describe this phenomenon as a problem that is actually visible to everyone but no one wants to deal with it (a combination of the two metaphors “the elephant in the room” and “the black swan”). 🐘
These three templates help users practice a foundational principle of Strategic Foresight, which is to look from the outside-in. By helping us to think about the future more consciously and strategically, these tools become powerful aids to our everyday decision-making. You may use the templates as a set or individually and each of them are flexible for a multitude of use-cases.
In collaboration with The Futures School, we offer three new templates to innovate, strategize, communicate, organize, and inspire through the future! ✨

Wow, I love how the Future Collage provides a thought-provoking way to apply the ideas from a great academic reference. That reminds me of what I did when I created the templates based on Kate Raworth's Doughnut Economics principles, available here. As a teacher, it is one of the best ways to use Mural: as a way to examine together a part of a book.
Next semester I will be teaching a new Masters course on CSR and this Future template looks like a fantastic way to get started. The analysis in the instructions area has a depth I especially appreciate - really impressive.
Thank you so much. More, please!!!
