Planning with Intention: Student Organizations
Have you used any templates for event planning?
My favorite part of returning back to campus was spending time at the student club fair. You know, the one where all the student-led orgs stationed themselves on campus to showcase their best selves and recruit new members? (Brings back memories every time!)
If considering a future event on campus...get everyone involved!
If I could go back in time, I'd take some time to gather the ideas from the whole group. By using a brainstorming activity you can capture more voices, making this a move inclusive activity. If you really want to stretch, make it asynchronous, leaving it open for a couple days. Data tip: count how many people participated in this activity vs the old way. Did your collaboration and number of ideas increase?
