"Pop up" content when clicking on a box that's through zoom (holding X) or outline

Hi, is there a way to click and/or hover over a sticky note/object so it can show a bigger text box? Let me try to phrase that better, because I couldn't do it to search the forum hahah: let's say I have a square object/sticky note with a summarised part of a bigger text. I want to click and/or hover over that sticky note which will prompt the bigger part of the text it was based on to pop up on screen, not TAKE ME to the text. I hope that makes sense, and here's a silly draw of what I'm aiming for:
