Movement Lock

I've often seen people use the Lock feature simply because they don't want to accidentally move an object when they're moving around the canvas; not because they really want to disable all features, like the ability to edit text, duplicate the image, change the color, etc. This results is a lot of excess locking and unlocking of objects. Would be great to have a feature to just lock down movement.
