Why can't we apply the same tag multiple times on a sticky?

I like to use tags to help participants make sense of the many ideas on the board.

In real life, I would give people x number of red sticky dots for "spicy" ideas, x number of green sticky dots for safe ideas etc.

Then this allows us to see what the group feels about the ideas, and makes the "spiciest" or "safest" ideas stand out.

How might I do this on Mural? Since a tag can only be applied "once" (if someone has already deemed an idea 'spicy' I cannot 'add' another tag that says spicy, I can only remove the tag).
