We have updated our PI planning templates!

Program increment (PI) planning is part of the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and allows all Agile Release Train (ART) collaborators to establish a common understanding of their goals and objectives, and to identify the necessary steps to achieve them. The PI planning board provides a visual representation of this information, allowing team members to track progress and make adjustments as needed.

What’s new:

  • The program and team boards are now built using tables to make it easier to add more rows and columns.
  • The activities have been laid out horizontally to provide a better user experience
  • A standard design has been applied for easy mix and match of activities to make the templates easier to adapt to different ways of running the events
  • Tooltips have been added to help take your preparation and facilitation to the next level
