How do I make pictures visible to visitors?

Hey,

Not sure if anyone else has run into this issue but my visitors are having trouble viewing images whether they are imported from my device or from Mural itself. I can see it on my end but even when I tried as a visitor I was unsuccessful -- I saw a gray square with image icon and text reading "picture not available" Tried with a few different browsers too but that didn't seem to do the trick.

Any thoughts?
