Feature idea: Plattform for Support chat instead of mails

Not a classical feature request, but I have to write with MURAL's support from time to time and it starts in the chat window, but quite often we'll change to mail to attach images etc. But unfortunately the mails are formatted in a way and include signatures (also ours) which make it hard to figure out which case it is and what the original issue was.

It's the overload of unnecessary information, the order (new to old) and lots of intendations and quoted texts etc. that makes it hard to read and very time consuming.

I wished, MURAL would use more like a ticket system / forums structure for support cases to easier pursue several cases at once...
