Allow mural guests to have facilitator powers

We contract regularly an external facilitator and want her/him to use our mural boards, hence provide mural guest access. But still, they cannot get facilitating powers which makes it hard to have them be (temporarily) part of the team.

Why cannot guests have facilitator rights? Isn't that the purpose of providing guest access to make use of features beyond the visitor access?
