Link Comment Bubbles to Sticky's

Provide feature that allows comment bubble to be linked to elements (e.g., sticky's) in lieu of being linked to a specific location on the canvas. Or is there a way to lock the "add comment" bubble on individual sticky notes so the bubble moves with sticky?

This would prevent duplication of work when moving sticky's around the canvas when being used as a scrum board.
