Voting
I'd like to pre-prepare two voting items ahead of my workshop.
For example, I'd like to ask participants to vote on which software they prefer in two separate instances.
I'd like the voting to remain open for a week for asynchronous input. I'll also be concurrently running two facilitated sessions.
How can I do this?

Hi @Rae! How are you? I hope you are doing well!
Thank you for reaching out to us about this. As the facilitator of the mural, you have the ability to start a voting session which you have the option to leave open for a week so your collaborators can vote async. Only you and the other facilitators (if there are other facilitators in the mural) can end the voting session.
All you need to do is start the voting session. Once started, I recommend you select which section of the mural your collaborators can vote in - this is to ensure they won’t vote on the other elements in the mural instead they’ll only have the option to vote for these two options you mentioned above.
Take note: all the votes will be recorded even if your collaborators have exited/closed the mural - for as long as they are members or guests in this mural. Unfortunately, visitor votes are only counted if they are online/active in the mural (real-time votes). Meaning, if you have collaborators with visitor access, their votes will no longer be counted the moment they exit/close the mural.
Here’s an example of how to start a voting session and select the area where your collaborators can vote. I’ll also be adding the support article with the information and steps on how to facilitate a voting session.
