New User Experience - Tools now interfere with areas

I have several existing Murals, and now with the new Mural experience, the toolbars at the top right and left of the page now overlay the top of my areas. I now have to resize every area and this will be a lot of work! Any tips to move the tools or to resize a Mural with many areas?
