Hello Mural Community!
We are looking to conduct some research next week that focuses on users who are new to Mural. We would like to get your feedback on the usability and usefulness of Mural.
Details and logistics
- Lasts 90 minutes
- Formatted like an interview
- Conducted remotely over Zoom
- Optional thank-you gift of a $150 USD gift card*
- Availability on a first come, first served basis
- Subject to our standard research participation consent process
*The gift card is simply a thank-you for your time and participation, and is strictly optional. You can participate without receiving the gift. Please check with your company policies before claiming. Gift cards to be disbursed in early February.
In order to determine if you are a good candidate for this research project, we ask that you please fill out this questionnaire. If you are determined eligible to participate, you will be given the opportunity to sign up for a session at the end of the questionnaire.

Hi, I note this is an old post but I need to undertake similar research in my own organisation as we are currently using Mural as part of a pilot to assess benefit. Before I start developing my own questions, I was wondering whether you would be happy to share your questions with me?
