Move outline entry to a concrete position

When working with big murals, even with more than 100 entries in the outline, adding a new entry and moving it manually to a higher position (even #1) is really painful. You need to drag it upward and wait until you reach your desired position.

Having a way to say "Hey, I want this outline entry to go to position #25" would be incredible useful, because new entries are always created at the bottom.
