Comments travel with the objects they are attached to

It would be nice if comments could stay connected to - and move with - objects that they are attached to.

I've been using comments more often in our collaborations. (Things that add color to conversations - but aren't quite "sticky worthy". When I move groups of items I notice the comment bubble stays in its original spot? We have to move the comments separately to their new spot.
