Visitors Need to Create an Account Now

Did the visitor feature change where they now need to create an account to log into a board? Before I would send a link out and visitors could come into the room without an account.

    Managed to solve this! Went into "Workspace Settings" > "Share link permissions" > tick "Allow visitors to edit murals".

    Hi @MichelleL! Visitors should still be able to visit a board without an account. Could you share what messaging is popping up when the user attempts to view the canvas?

    @Meghan I have also got this problem - visitor can enter the board as normal but have been restricted to only view and no edits. When I go to the permissions Share Mural > Visitors > Anyone with a visitor link > the only two options are "Can View" and "no access". There used to be an option for "Can edit".
