❔ Question - What’s your favourite template for retro’s?
![[Deleted User]](https://community.mural.co/applications/dashboard/design/images/defaulticon.png)
Before we dive 🐳 in, what are Template Tuesdays, you might ask? They are the day we celebrate ✨ templates, learn from each other, show off our 🥇 beauties, and get updates on templates. Stay tuned for next week! 👀
One of the most frequent template requests we get are more templates for different kinds of retro’s. 🦅
As retrospectives are done on a regular basis, weekly or at the end of sprints, changing the questions and theme is a good way to keep them engaging for your team.
Have a retro you loved? Share that!

As a student at Hyper Island I was introduced to the Start, Stop, Continue retrospective during our weekly process follow ups.
I love this method as it can both be used to reflect on the behaviour of a team as a whole and on the individual level.
The best thing is that it focus on specific actions and behaviours which makes it very practical and it's clear how the improvements can be implemented after.
You can find the template for the Start, Stop, Continue retrospective in MURAL here!

The frameworks within the menu inside the Mural makes it really easy to get started doing retros. As someone who currently conducts retros and will start doing more of them in the future, I really appreciate the ease of use, the layout and the functionality.
I rely on using a template that gets me going, saves me time, and makes it easy for my colleagues to work in as well.

Template Tuesday 😍
Has absolutely got to be The Weekly Team Retrospective!! I think reflecting at regular intervals is the solid ground successful feet can walk forwards on. I think the graphics are super fun, are you sat at a table this week? Are you and your team birds in a nest? Are you a car at the parking lot ready for a fast adventure? Whatever you are and whatever you feel like it is so easy to direct your team through what went well, what hasn’t and what you can do about it.
Bonus that you can see a few weeks in a row so you can assess whether the rocky times are behind you and the good times ahead etc…

I like this one too! It's great that it has multiple options in it.
