Template Tuesday | What did we accomplish? Retrospectives in Mural 🤩
This Template Tuesday, we're talking Retrospectives. If you've ever heard of them, you know they can be a great way to review team projects, quarterly objectives or even the simplest of experiences.
If you haven't heard of this concept, during a retrospective meeting, the team members gather together to discuss and analyze the successes and failures of the project, the effectiveness of the team's communication and collaboration, and the overall process used to complete the work.Â
The goal of sprint retrospective meetings is to identify areas of improvement and come up with action items to address them in future projects or iterations. Retrospectives are an essential part of continuous improvement and help teams to learn from their mistakes and make incremental improvements over time.
Below are a few templates to help you get started (feel free to add what has worked for you)! They all help you look at what worked, what didn't, and what could be better next time.
