[windows touchscreen laptop] Moving with fingers stop working after drawing the the pen

Until a few weeks ago, I was able to draw and move around the mural with my fingers, using a brand new Samsung Book3 touchscreen laptop.

Something changed (in Mural or Chrome?) and now, as soon as I start drawing, I stop being able to use my fingers to move around any longer.

If I refresh the page (F5) I can move around with my fingers again.

Any idea? Please don't tell me that this is not a "officially supported" laptop or touchscreen. I continue to use both drawing and moving the canvas on other apps (e.g. Miro). It was working perfectly until May.

Does this happened to any other? Thanks for your help!

Tech specs: using Win 11 and the last version of Chrome.
