How to add "guest" users to a Mural workspace?

Up until a couple of months ago, I was able to invite guests to join a Mural via their email addresses and they were added to our workspace as guest users.

Now I can only seem to invite new members.

What is the correct way to invite guests to join a Mural workspace?
