Does anyone have a resource on how to conduct a hybrid facilitation session? Meaning half of your participants are virtual, and the other half in the same room.

Hi,

My recommendation is to think "remote first" when facilitating meetings/workshops in hybrid situations. This means you as a facilitator plan the event as if everyone is remote and ask the people in the same room to bring the laptops with them and join the online meeting with the camera on (but muted, since you use the conf. room audio). You have all your material on a virtual board in Mural, and the remote participants sees everything as if they are in the same room with the others. I´ve tried several different approaches and this is (according to me) by far the best option for hybrid sessions, and ensures inclusion for all participants, independent of where they are.
