Multiple labels on Connectors?

Is it possible to create multiple labels on connectors?

For example, I'm creating a high level ERD type diagram. I'd love to be able to have the cardinality relationship directly on the connector, but it seems at the moment, I can only have 1 label.

Is there a work around other than adding text beside the connector? I've done this in other products like Lucidchart, thus asking. Thanks!
