Is there a way to observe the changes on the board using an API?

Hi there,

It seems that it is possible to observe the changes that are made to a Mural using an API because the Zapier integrations offers triggers such as "Create Trello card for new Stickies". Unfortunately I have not been able to find any reference to such an API in the online documentation. Probably I've just read over it 🙃 Any help is much appreciated.
