Fix all UX issues
Our company +1.000 people moved from Miro to Mural, which is a major downgrade.
Even though very familiar with Mural my work now takes 4x as long with major frustrations (some Hotkeys don't work on european keyboards, zoom in/out function is slow, no indication when extending the 'line' shapes whether it's still straight, tool bar often appears on the element that I clicked on so it blocks the view; support always asks me to upload a video of the problem but 5MB upload size is too small; and 20 more things to complain about)
There are tonnes of ux issues and I am so frustrated that I am actively warning colleagues outside of my company to not switch to Mural.
Before you start adding new features, help me to minimise the time it takes me to get my jobs done.
