💡Feature Idea: "Sticky" size for Stickies

Need a way for Facilitator to "control the size of a sticky" so that when GUESTS add a sticky, all stickies are of the same size.

Benefits: Aesthetically pleasing. Less frustrating for a guest (no resizing necessary on their part).
