💡 Feature Idea: Crop and stretch options on icons

  1. I would like to be able to crop icons after I enlarge them the same way I can with images. I would also love to be able to pull their shapes to fit my needs the way it is possible with shapes in Mural (and any image in PPT).
  2. a.: Icons often have a lot of extra space around them. When they are placed near the edge of mural, this makes the png or pdf I might want to send to someone look unprofessional, because a blank swath is added to the emailed image which reduces sharpness in the part I actually want, and which also then needs to be edited out, taking up time I sometimes don't have. 2.b.: Often an icon does not "fit" into the space it needs to be, but it would if I could just squeeze or stretch it a little without changing the size from every side.
  3. Anyone who uses the icon function for anything would benefit when they need a professional looking png or pdf quickly, and that needs that thing to stay the same height but be a bit wider or vice versa.

Yes, completely agree to cropping and even more to sizing icons to make them very large. I've used a road-icon to make a road covering the lower half of my mural yesterday and I wish I would have sized the icon even larger and "asymmetrically" (i.e. freely not keeping the aspect ratio) sometimes.
