💡Feature Idea: Control / limit the icons people can select during voting

edited July 2021 in Feature Ideas

When running a voting session, is there a way to configure the session before voting starts so that participants are forced to only be able to click on certain icons? I have had voting sessions where I have told the team "vote on / only click on these x icons", but someone often ends up clicking elsewhere in the mural putting their vote on something we weren't even voting on. It would be nice to be able to select the particular icons and make only those available for voting (preventing folks from clicking / voting on incorrect icons while the session is running).

Yes, it would be helpful to be able to select a certain object type and maybe an area on the mural to vote on. Or even to select objects on which could be voted by STRG + LEFT-CLICK or so.

Hi @Koro, thank you for this feature request! I just wanted to let you know that we've just released significant enhancements to voting. Anyone running a voting session can now limit the type of content collaborators are able to vote on, as well as which part of the mural they’re able to vote on.🎉 You can learn more here!
