Jira application link does not receive a response from Mural

The Jira instance is behind a proxy. The path to the proxy and the URL of Mural is activated. I wanted to integrate Mural in Jira via the application link, but received the following message:

The bypass is actived.

    In the meantime, a Jira admin must sign in to their JIRA account and in the left sidebar, click on 'Settings'. Then go to ‘Products’ and then to ‘Application Links’.
