Such a great question, @Linds! I wish I had known more about open space technology and unconferences! I was trained at the surface level in World Café, When I saw open space technology and unconference, I was so excited. I have a few books on my reading pile on both!

@eqbrains, I love this. It seems very familiar to how I was taught to facilitate so I wonder if my mentors collaborated or learned from these. The principles are so fundamental to facilitation.
