💡Feature Idea: Be able to add the facilitator role to external users

I'm collaborating with users who are internal and external to my organization.

I'd like to have the possibility to add the "Facilitator" role also to users outside my organization, so that they can also take full control over a given board. For example, they will need to be able to change the board size and be able to set a timer, etc.

I think this is possible if the external becomes a member of the workspace. But yes, this is something you might not want in that case.
