Managing Outlines
I've noticed that I can no longer re-order the areas in my outlines. I used to create areas as I designed them, add to outline and then drag and drop into the right order once I was ready to finalise the agenda. Now, on new and existing Murals, I can't change the order. Has anyone else noticed this or is it pilot error?!

@LifoCoach Yes, I kind of freaked out when that happened to me yesterday too, but the Help Desk (they actually wrote me an email on a SATURDAY) assured me it is a bug that has cropped up and they are working to fix it as we speak. So hang in there, help is on the way. The main thing is, it is not like a decision has been made to remove this function, which is what I was worried about.

Thanks all. Safety in numbers!! I am not alone. For the time being I'm removing all areas from the outline and starting again from scratch, just making sure I get them in the right order as I add. Laborious but effective.

@LifoCoach and @TonyMorgan Mine is up and running again! Mural just notified me that the engineers seem to have found the bug and fixed it, and sure enough, it works. Hope yours does too. I am still stupified that an actual person responded after writing in the circled-question-mark-thingy over the weekend, and that they not only looked into it over said weekend, but touched base with me again to tell me it's sorted. Hope it is working for you guys too now, that process did sound rather laborious! I for one am glad I can go back to being indecisive on order😅..

Oh wow, that's hard. I've encountered "moving" Outline entries being reordered by whatever action happened before. Outline is one of the best tools and there is still little room for improvements ;-)

I am having severe problems with the outline rearranging. This is particularly troublesome when I have nested outline items, like an excercise with an area for each group. The outline entries are created correctly, but if I make changes to something else in the outline, the order gets out of whack really soon. Last night I spent almost an hour dealing with this alone...I gave up in the end (it works fine now in the actual workshop).

Yes, nested areas behave sometimes messy in the Outline. That's why I've requested features for grouping and folding in and out of groups / nested areas to make it easier managable. Hope, things will get improved there soon...

I am experiencing this now (Version 106.0.5249.119 (Official Build) (x86_64), Mac OS). This, in conjunction with the other equally frustrating bug that prevents me from adding areas to the outline effectively, renders smooth navigation via outline or presentation mode impossible. It has also made the job of putting together my final demo a much longer task than it should be.
After a lot of frustration I downloaded the desktop app and duplicated the troublesome mural board and the issues were resolved.
An update on when these two bugs will be fixed will be appreciated.
