💡Feature Idea: Enable copying frameworks with locked elements

Currently when I try to copy a framework that has locked elements in it (like an icon, for example), then Mural shows the message "Pasting", when trying to copy-paste, but does nothing.

I think an element that is locked inside a framework is locked to the framework, not to the whiteboard - Mural seems to think similarly, as I can move a framework with drag and drop with locked elements inside. However, it seems to forget that once I try to copy-paste the framework. This is a contradiction, and it would be great if it would be improved.

    In general, it would be great to copy / duplicate locked items without having to unlock them first.
