💡Feature Idea: Company Dashboard breakdown by workspace

I would love to be able to see the number of QEMs per workspace on my company dashboard. This would be really useful as different workspaces are funded by different cost centres, and the breakdown of members by workspace doesn't account for licence consumption.
I suspect many companies will operate in this way so it will benefit others. Thanks!

Absolutely agree. I would appreciate more details in general in the dashboard.
Isn't there a feature (Enterprise only?) to create billing groups? Would that help you to solve your request in a different way?

Billing groups would work I guess. We have around 1000 users so it's a chunk of admin, unless there's an automated way. My preference would still be to have it straight from the workspaces.
Thinking about it more, the proposal above would need to somehow account for those users who are active in more than one workspace. Maybe they are divided proportionally, so you end up with a non-whole number of QEMs.

So billing groups exist, but I have not yet seen their setup and maintenance. Don't know if there can be applied some things to make it as easy as possible e.g. upload some assignment or so. Maybe someone from Mural's team could advise on that here?
We just need to shout out loud for them and they will come ;-)

I guess the only tricky thing about QEM per workspaces is that some Members could inhabit multiple workspaces... So you might end up charging 2 cost centers for 1 license.
I think you would need each Member assigned to 1 and only 1 billing group... I wonder if mutual exclusivity is built into billing group features???
I haven't seen how to configure billing groups, either.
How do we get someone from MURAL over here haha?! In the old days in the Slack forum they would just pop up like magic!

Also it sounds like we might need an administrator category or tag, because I am keenly interested in discussing feature requests with other workspace and company admins!

Usually Mural's community managers appear like magic in threads and they are always very helpful and thankful. That's why I really like to be here and to discuss feature ideas.
Haven't seen the Billing Groups feature in action yet. Will ask my magical crystal ball for it or look around in the admins' settings.
