💡Feature Idea: See creator's name for templates (for our company templates)
1. What you want to be able to do in MURAL: In the templates overview you can see the photo of the publisher's account, but I have not found to figure out the name of the creator. The name would be helpful to get in contact with the creator at times.
2. The problem you are trying to solve: Finding out who has published a certain template in our company account.
3. Why this helps everyone (or many people): you could ask the creator about the intention, use cases, how to use, adjustments, support etc. all the things that might be missing in the template itself.

It would also be great to be able to search or filter via creator's name e.g. to find it again when I know that there was a great template by "Manuel" ;-)

YES! Stop plagiarizing my ideas haha! I was literally about to write this one down because I am constantly nagging my wonderful Customer Success Manager about it. Glad you are already making a great case for a solid idea.

Great ideas come to great minds alike or so - so we're both great minds ;-)

You are both geniuses! 😍. This is in the product backlog, I will update this idea when we are ready to ship it. We also have a few related things in the queue, like the ability to edit the template descriptions more easily, which will also help people communicate purpose and use case to others. I'll post more updates soon, these are not far away 😀

Hello! This feature has been released along with a new design for the Templates Cards (check it out below):
Specifically, the latest release addresses this request: What you want to be able to do in MURAL: In the templates overview you can see the photo of the publisher's account, but I have not found to figure out the name of the creator. The name would be helpful to get in contact with the creator at times.
If you want to add a new feature idea for sorting, filtering, and other enhancements to make custom templates easier to find, share, and use please do! We have of course captured many of these from the research interviews you participated in but always great to post and see votes and comments to augment the research.

PS: Nothing to add right now to my thoughts from the user interviews, but thank you very much!
