💡 Template Idea: SIPOC Process Gathering / Improvement

I've been looking for a Mural Template to capture the SIPOC (Supplier, Input, Process, Output, Customer) as part of a Process Gathering or Improvement Activity. It's often used and referred to a method in DMAIC or Kaizen in Lean Six Sigma.

Job to be done - to create a SIPOC template in Mural.

    Hi @Emilia thanks for the SIPOC Template. I will most likely make it more granular myself (as a 2nd step), but will take a deeper look at it this week, possibly suggest some modifications (for working at a more granular level) and share that with you. What i mean is that in the 'P' section, I'd choose 'Build a chair' as a process and then have the SI & OC at each of those process steps instead of at Wooden Desk as the 'P'. Hope that makes sense. 😊
