💡Feature Idea: Switch off shortcuts

Being able to switch off shortcuts would be a very useful feature. For instance: Double Click to add a sticky note. This frequently occurs when you are trying to edit text in a box, and rather than edit you get a blank sticky that you need to exit, undo and then re-attempt to edit the text.
